Morgan Smith is a nationally certified Family Nurse Practitioner.
Morgan has worked in the medical field since 2001. She graduated from Pikes Peak Community College with her License Practical Nurse in 2004, and her Associate Degree in Nursing in 2005. Morgan then proceeded to the Regis University of Colorado where she received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2009 and a Master’s of Science as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2022 through Chamberlain University. She successfully graduated with honors from each school that she attended. Morgan is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Critical Care Nurses Association, and Emergency Nurses Association. She is passionate about preventative health care for all ages.

Morgan has lived in Clayton for 12 years after relocating with her husband, 3 children, and dog. She enjoys spending time with her family and being involved in her children’s many extracurricular activities.
